🌀✨ Doom Storm Final Text Ready! ✨🌀

 After shaping the design and story, I finally finished editing Doom Storm’s full character description. I used Canva to organise and style the text now it looks much more clean and readable.

This villain is more than just a dark figure… He’s the symbol of chaos, power, and revenge.
The text now includes his meaning, element, role, personality, powers and all the key ideas behind his design  from Venom’s intense look to Batman-style details.

One step closer to completing The Elementals character line-up.

🌩️ Doom Storm – Final Concept Reveal ⚡

 After several sketches and experiments, here is the final design of The Elementals' main villain  Doom Storm.

He’s the storm, the shadow, the chaos.

This version brings together all the ideas I had before  power, mystery, and destruction. His body is shaped by the storm itself, with dangerous claws, angled arm spikes like Batman, and Venom-style teeth that show no mercy. The spiked, almost fur gives him a wild, untamed feel.

These two versions helped me think about how Doom Storm would appear in the actual comic panels  sometimes standing in full darkness, sometimes in a more focused light.

Creating the second one with shadow and background helped me explore the mood and tone I want for this character. The spiked silhouette and dark body really come to life with the added depth.

Doom Storm – Villain Concept Sketches 🌩️

 Here are two early concept designs I sketched for the main villain in The Elementals — Doom Storm.

These aren’t final, but I’m experimenting with different ideas for his look and energy.

Main Style Ideas:

• Masculine, dangerous body type

• Sharp horns and spikes

• Long claws that feel wild and violent

• Inspired by Venom (fluid but heavy movement)

• Elements from Batman – like the angled arm spikes

• Strong presence, like Conquest from Invincible

I want him to look like he is powerful but not clean or calm. He should feel like something you can’t control.

This version has a heavy, wide upper body with large horn-like spikes. The arms are long and clawed. His silhouette looks strong and scary from a distance  like a storm is wearing a body.

This version is darker and more intense. His body is covered in spike-like, fur-textured, like storm-charged fur.
He has sharp, frightening Venom-style teeth and a shadowy face. His colour palette is mostly dark grey, giving him a more ghostly and unearthly vibe. He feels more like a creature than a human  something wild and corrupted.

I might combine both designs or continue developing based on these two.

Villain Design Thoughts – Doom Storm (Concept Stage) 🌩️

 I’ve been exploring some ideas for the main villain in my Elementals project  his name is Doom Storm. Still very early, but here are some thoughts I’m working with:

I’m thinking of a muscular and powerful body type  something Venom-like. Not smooth or clean, but wild, flexible, and full of chaotic energy. Maybe the surface of his skin could shift like liquid storm clouds?

I keep going back to Conquest from Invincible. I like how calm but threatening he is. That line,

"Stand ready for my arrival."
really fits Doom Storm. I might use something similar, but still deciding if I’ll keep the word "worm" in it.

His arms might have sharp, angled spikes similar to the ones on Batman’s gloves. I imagine them being part of his storm control abilities, like they charge with energy or slice through wind.

A big idea I want to try is having Doom Storm create smaller storm creatures from his own body  maybe I’ll call them Doomie Storms? They could fly around him like angry particles, or even work like scouts or attackers. 

I want him to be completely black maybe with some glowing cracks inside, like lightning trying to escape. I'm also thinking about adding some smoky or electric trails behind him when he moves.

Page 2 Final - The Elementals

 I’ve just finished Page 2 of my Elementals project! I added all the texts and used Canva to clean them up and add some colors. It now looks clearer and more complete.

This part took me a bit of time because I wanted everything to look right and match the story’s mood. Slowly, things are coming together page by page.

Page 2 is an important part of the story, so I wanted it to feel balanced and easy to follow. I’m learning how small changes, like text placement or color choices, can really improve the final look of a page.

I’ll continue updating and sharing my progress as I move on to the next pages. 

Blog Completion ✍️

 I’m working on my Elementals blog and making good progress. I finished some characters like Thalea and put them on the website.

Here’s what I still need to do:

•  I started drawing new characters on paper. Now I need to draw them on the tablet to make it digital.

• I want to scan my paper sketches and put them online too, so you can see how I create.

• The cover page is not ready yet. I want it to look nice and show the story’s feeling.                                
•    I also need to draw more parts of the story to make it bigger and more interesting.

🌿 Thalea is now live on the website! 🌿

 Meet Thalea, the Earth elemental and mother of the Elementals family. She's wise, calm, and deeply connected to nature.

When I first uploaded her artwork, the image got slightly cropped at the top and bottom 😅 So I took small screenshots of those missing parts and carefully added them back to complete the full design. Now she looks just how I imagined!

I also updated the text on her design. The previous version had hand-written text, but I replaced it with a cleaner, more readable version using Canva, to keep everything clear and professional.
